![]() good, I guess, to see that CEMU can run BotW already. very newbie when it comes to emulation in general.Īnyway, it's. two or three times the textures resolution? Is that even possible? Genuine questions here. ![]() I suppose that a better final question here would be: will the CEMU version of BotW ever get higher resolution textures and ouput at a higher screen resolution in the future? Something like 1080p native resolution and say. But ultimately the textures and the native game resolution isn't 900p. ![]() Now, if I'm not mistaken, I could use extra shaders, or something along the lines of Reshade / SweetFX to add some AA and change the clarity / sharpness, etc. So if I was to play that on my 1080p monitor as I actually do with my Wii U version (although via the HDMI signal) then it wouldn't actually look better, is what I get here. However, CEMU emulates the 720p Wii U version. More pixels render the scene and adds details (sure they aren't major but it's easy enough to pick up especially on distant architectures/buildings/ruins/trees, etc). In other words, the Switch version outputs at 900p when docked. Now, what I'd like to know is if the game's textures and/or 'native' output resolution didn't change from the 720p resolution? It's a Wii U emulator so, it's emulating the Wii U version of the game (that much is obvious). So, pardon my ignorance, but just to understand this emulated version properly I have to ask.
